When and where is this event?

NAILPRO Pasadena Nails-only Show 2020 will be on Sunday, 5/3/20, from 9:00am - 4:30pm PT at the Pasadena Convention Center located at 300 East Green St., Pasadena, CA 91101. Our event will be in Exhibit Halls A and B. Attendees may start lining up outside at 7:00am. For more information about the venue, then please click here

Who attends this event?

Nail salon owners, nail technicians, manicurists, pedicurists, cosmetologists that do nails, salon and spa owners that provide nail services, beauty school educators and students, other nail industry professionals, and beauty enthusiasts that have a passion for nails. 

Are there ID and minimum age requirements to attend this event?

Yes! Children 11 years and under (including infants & infants in strollers) are NOT PERMITTED in Exhibit Halls A & B. Children 12 years or older may attend, but must purchase a student ticket and MUST be accompanied by an adult. If you enter Exhibit Halls A & B with a child that's 11 years or younger, you will be escorted out of the exhibit area with no refund. 

Adults 18 years or older are required to bring a valid drivers license or state ID. We also recommend bringing proof of your cosmetology, nail technician or manicurist license in case our exhibitors require it in order to sell you products. Students should bring their student ID and must be enrolled in a nail technician or cosmetology program.

How do I register for this event?

Register early now and save off the regular price! This event may sell out, so we recommend purchasing your tickets online. 

The last day to purchase your discount ticket(s) online is at 5:00pm PT on Sat, 5/2/20. 

The last day to purchase your discount ticket(s) by telephone is 3:00pm PT on Thurs, 4/30/20. For phone orders, please contact us at (800) 442-5667 x 209. We will accept credit cards and debit cards.

If you would like to purchase your tickets the day of the event, please go to the Registration Desk and get in the "TICKETS" line. We will accept cash, credit cards and debit cards.

How much is parking at this event?

The Pasadena Convention Center's subterranean parking structure is shared with the Sheraton Pasadena Hotel. There are 2 entrances. One entrance is on Euclid Ave. and the other is on Marengo Ave., both between Green St. and Cordova St. If you're using a GPS or map app on your mobile phone, then enter this address for the most direct route:

Parking is $15.00 per day for up to 16 hours or $21.00 per day for in-and-out privileges (prices subject to change). For more information about parking, click here.

Are you going to give tote bags with nail products in it to the first 500 attendees who arrive at the show?

No! The first 500 attendees who purchase an Early Bird VIP Single General Admission ticket online will get a VIP Swag Bag with nail products in it. We will give tote bags (with no nail products) to the attendees until we run out of supplies.

What's included in an Early Bird VIP ticket?

The first 500 attendees who purchase an Early Bird VIP Single General Admission ticket will get a VIP Swag Bag with nail products in it. The VIP attendees can line up in the VIP line at the Registration Desk at 7:30am. The VIP ticket also includes access to the FREE Technical Classes. It does NOT include access to the Educational Workshops.

Are there hotel accommodations?

Yes! Stay at the Sheraton Pasadena Hotel located at 303 Cordova St., Pasadena, CA 91101. How do I access my ticket(s)?

When you register for this event on Eventbrite, an email confirmation will be sent to you. Please check your inbox and keep the email until after the event. Before arriving at the event, please charge your mobile phone or device and make sure that the screen display is on the brightest setting. You can access your ticket(s) in these 3 easy ways:

1) Install the free Eventbrite app on your mobile phone or device before the event if you don't already have it. When you arrive at the event, open your app and we'll scan your ticket(s).

2) From your mobile phone or device, open the email confirmation in your inbox, download and open the file, and we'll scan your ticket(s) when you arrive at the event.

3) From your computer, open the email confirmation in your inbox, download and open the file, and print the ticket(s).

Always a good idea to do items 1 and 3 above. Bring a charger just in case!

Will there be FREE technical classes? 

Yes! The FREE technical classes will be on Sun, 5/3/20, during the event at the Pasadena Convention Center in Exhibit Halls A & B.

Will there be educational workshops? 

Maybe. If we have any educational workshops, we will notify the attendees by email as we get closer to the event. The educational workshops are taught by leading nail industry manufacturers to help nail technicians improve their nail skills, get new ideas and try new products. The educational workshops will be on Sat, 5/2/20, and/or Mon, 5/4/20 at the Pasadena Convention Center's Conference Center or at a nearby hotel. The educational workshops are an additional cost and not included in the ticket price.

What items are allowed and not allowed at this event?

You may bring some extra tote bags, a folding shopping cart or a suitcase to shop with. We do not recommend bringing a collapsible folding wagon since it's easier to steal from. Since we don't allow children 11 years or younger at this event, please do not bring a stroller. Outside food is not allowed. For more information about the venue, please click here.

We don't allow unauthorized promotional flyers or business cards to be distributed at this event. Exhibitors may distribute promotional flyers and business cards at their booths. If you distribute promotional flyers and/or business cards at this event and are NOT an exhibitor, then Show Management will send your company an advertising invoice in the amount of $1,150 (the cost of a 100 sq. ft. booth space) plus $750 (the cost of a show program sponsorship).

Will there be a concession stand to buy food and beverages from? 

Yes, there will be a concession stand in Exhibit Halls A & B. There is also a Starbucks next to the venue and other restaurants. 

When buying nail products, will the exhibitors accept cash and/or credit cards?

We recommend bringing enough cash and a credit card to buy nail products, food and beverages. 

Can I change my contact information on my ticket?

Please login your Eventbrite account to change your contact information for this event. 

Is it ok if the name on my ticket doesn't match the person who attends?

No! The first and last name on your ticket or registration must match the person who attends.

What's the ticket refund policy?

The last day to receive a refund is 4/26/20 (7 days before the event date). If we receive your refund request after this date, we will not give you a refund. To submit a refund request, please login your Eventbrite account to submit a refund request for this event. If you're unable to do it, please send your NAILPRO Pasadena Show 2020 ticket email confirmation from Eventbrite to nailproevents@creativeage.com. A refund may take up to 4 weeks to be processed.

Is the venue handicap accessible and can you accommodate other special needs?

The Pasadena Convention Center is handicap accessible.
