Your health and safety are our top priority. As a result of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we have changed the event dates. The NAILPRO Pasadena Show 2020 will be on Sunday, 7.26.20 at the Pasadena Convention Center located at 300 East Green St., Pasadena, CA 91101 in Exhibit Halls A & B. VIP doors open at 8:30am, general doors open at 9:00am and the show ends at 4:30pm. Attendees may start lining up outside at 7:00am. For more information about the venue, then please click here.
How much is parking and where do we park?
The Pasadena Convention Center's subterranean parking structure is shared with the Sheraton Pasadena Hotel. There are 2 entrances. One entrance is on Euclid Ave. and the other is on Marengo Ave., both between Green St. and Cordova St. If you're using a GPS or map app on your mobile phone, then enter this address for the most direct route:

Parking is $15.00 per day for up to 16 hours or $21.00 per day for in-and-out privileges (prices subject to change). For more information about parking, click here.

Nail salon owners, nail technicians, manicurists, pedicurists, cosmetologists, salon and spa owners that provide nail services, beauty school educators and students, nail supply store owners, other nail industry professionals, and beauty enthusiasts that have a passion for nails.
Are there ID and minimum age requirements?
Yes! Children 11 years and under (including infants & infants in strollers) are NOT PERMITTED in Exhibit Halls A & B. Children 12 years or older may attend, but must purchase a student ticket and MUST be accompanied by an adult. If you enter Exhibit Halls A & B with a child that's 11 years or younger, you will be escorted out of the exhibit area with no refund.
Adults 18 years or older are required to bring a valid drivers license or state ID. We also recommend bringing proof of your cosmetology, nail technician or manicurist license in case our exhibitors require it in order to sell you products. Students should bring their student ID and must be currently enrolled in a manicuring, nail care or cosmetology program at a school.
How do I purchase tickets?
Register early now and save off the regular price! This event may sell out, so we recommend purchasing your tickets online.

Can I pay for my tickets with my PayPal account, debit card or credit card?
Yes! If you would like to pay with your PayPal account, debit card or credit card, then select the green "Tickets" button in EventBrite to start your order. Choose the ticket(s) you want and select the orange "Checkout" button. Provide us with your contact information, answer some questions and select the orange "Place Order" button. You will be redirected to PayPal, but you'll have the option of paying with your PayPal account, debit card or credit card.
What's included in an Early Bird VIP ticket?
The first 500 licensed nail technicians, cosmetologists, salon owners and managers that have nail care services, and beauty school educators and students who purchase an Early Bird VIP Single General Admission ticket will get a VIP Swag Bag filled with nail products. The VIP ticket includes access to the Sunday Technical Classes. It does NOT include access to the Saturday Workshops. VIP attendees will be allowed to enter the exhibit area at 8:30am and can start lining up in the VIP line at 7:30am. We only have 500 VIP tickets, so get them while they last!
IMPORTANT: If you purchase an Early Bird VIP Single General Admission ticket online for you and your nail industry friend(s), then you MUST provide us with your contact information AND your friend's contact information. Please review the following information before purchasing a VIP ticket:
VIP LICENSED NAIL TECH PROFESSIONALS & EDUCATORS: You will be required to present your driver's license or state ID along with your nail technician, manicurist or cosmetology state license when checking in at the Registration Desk.
VIP STUDENTS: You will be required to present your student ID when checking in at the Registration Desk. You must be 17 years of age or older AND be currently enrolled in a manicuring, nail care or cosmetology program at a school.
VIP AGE REQUIREMENTS: Children 16 years of age and younger MAY NOT purchase an Early Bird VIP Single General Admission ticket. Children 12 years or older may attend, but must purchase a regular student ticket and MUST be accompanied by an adult.
How do I access my ticket(s)?
When you register for this event on Eventbrite, an email confirmation will be sent to you. Please check your inbox and keep the email until after the event. Before arriving at the event, please charge your mobile phone or device and make sure that the screen display is on the brightest setting. You can access your ticket(s) in these 3 easy ways:
1) Install the free Eventbrite app on your mobile phone or device before the event if you don't already have it. When you arrive at the event, open your app and we'll scan your ticket(s).
2) From your mobile phone or device, open the email confirmation in your inbox, download and open the file, and we'll scan your ticket(s) when you arrive at the event.
3) From your computer, open the email confirmation in your inbox, download and open the file, and print the ticket(s).
Always a good idea to do items 1 and 3 above. Bring a charger just in case!
Are you going to give tote bags (with nail products in them) to the first 500 attendees who arrive at the show?
No! We are selling 500 VIP tickets online that includes a VIP Swag Bag filled with nail products. We will give tote bags (with no nail products) to the attendees until we run out of them.
Will there be Sunday Technical Classes?
Yes! The Technical Classes will be on Sunday, 7.26.20, at the Pasadena Convention Center during the show. For more information about the classes, then please click here.
Will there be Saturday Workshops?
Yes! Attend the Saturday Workshops at the Sheraton Pasadena Hotel on 7.25.20 (the day before the show). The Sheraton Pasadena Hotel is next to the Pasadena Convention Center. The Saturday Workshops are taught by leading nail industry manufacturers to help nail technicians improve their nail skills, get new ideas and learn about new products. We only have a limited number of tickets available, so order them now before they're gone. Space is limited! Workshop ticket sales end on Friday, 7.24.20 at 5:00pm. What items are allowed and not allowed at this event?
You may bring some extra tote bags, a folding shopping cart or a suitcase to shop with. We do not recommend bringing a collapsible folding wagon since it's easier to steal from. Since we don't allow children 11 years or younger at this event, please do not bring a stroller. Outside food is not allowed. For more information about the venue, please click here.
We don't allow unauthorized promotional flyers or business cards to be distributed at this event. Exhibitors may distribute promotional flyers and business cards at their booths. If you distribute promotional flyers and/or business cards at this event and are NOT an exhibitor, then Show Management will send your company an advertising invoice in the amount of $1,150 (the cost of a 100 sq. ft. booth space) plus $750 (the cost of a show program sponsorship).
Will there be a concession stand to buy food and beverages from?
Yes, there will be a concession stand in Exhibit Halls A & B. There is also a Starbucks next to the venue and other restaurants.
When buying nail products, will the exhibitors accept cash and/or credit cards?
We recommend bringing enough cash and a credit card to buy nail products, food and beverages.
Can I change my contact information on my ticket?
Please login your Eventbrite account to change your contact information for this event.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket doesn't match the person who attends?
No! The first and last name on your ticket must match the person who attends.
What's the ticket refund policy?
If you would like a full refund, then we must receive your ticket refund request by 7.19.20. Ticket refund requests received after this date will NOT be refunded. To submit a refund request, please login your Eventbrite account to submit a refund request for this event. You may also send us your NAILPRO Pasadena Show 2020 ticket email confirmation to email@example.com. If you don't have your ticket email confirmation, then please send us your first and last name, mail address and email address. A refund may take up to 4 weeks to be processed.
